If your generator has an issue and it is still under warranty, we will get the work covered. If there is any warranty repair completed by a non-Generac certified repairman, Generac will not pay for the repair. Any work performed on your generator during the warranty period must be done by a Generac certified technician to have Generac pay the repair. Please remember that to keep your generator's warranty valid, the generator must be serviced at the manufacturer's recommended intervals by a manufacture certified technician.
